Sue has experience of having worked for over 22 years with young people and adults in various settings including schools, charities and the NHS. She believes that with help you can take back control of your life. Sue will actively listen to your concerns without making any judgements helping you work towards your goals. It may be that past issues are affecting your life or you need help to recognise harmful patterns. Whatever the issue she will offer a safe space for you to begin to explore what direction you wish to take in the counselling.
Sessions are at your pace and tailored to your needs as an individual. Sue can offer short, medium and long term therapy. The sessions would be a collaboration between therapist and client.

Counselling can give you the tools and skills to be able to manage the difficult times and move forward.
Sue is a friendly calm person with lots of patience and curiosity. She will be persistent and will challenge you to put yourself first during this process!
