Profile
Kerry has nearly ten years of experience in mental health, having worked across
both the NHS and private practice. Specialising in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Kerry has a particular interest in supporting individuals with PTSD, Generalised Anxiety
Disorder, and OCD.
Kerry believes in the power of honest, real conversations. If something isn’t working, she’ll address it openly. If you need a gentle nudge to explore a new direction,
she’ll challenge you in a way that feels supportive and encouraging. Above all, she cares deeply about the people she works with and is committed to meeting you where you are, without judgment. Her
approach is straightforward and grounded. She doesn’t believe in overcomplicating therapy, it should feel like a meaningful conversation, not a lecture. Together, you will explore what works best for
you, whether that’s understanding the roots of your anxiety, learning practical tools to manage it, or simply finding a little more peace in your day-to-day life. Kerry is passionate about creating a
safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported.
