Dina is a person-centered counsellor and psychotherapist with over six years experience working in mental health supporting people with a variety of issues in moving their way forward with positive change. Dina's aim is to provide a non-judgmental and empathic space for you to explore your options, thoughts and feelings with the emphasis being on the therapeutic relationship.

 

Dina has experience in a variety of different settings within the charitable sector. Dina is experienced in dealing with children, young persons and adults with a wide range of issues including; anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, rape and sexual violence, loss and bereavement, eating disorders and self-harm.

 

Dina values her way of working with the people she supports as she uses her creativity to personalise treatment. Dina's treatment is tailored around you as a person and your experience, helping you build the future you desire. Dina is often described as a warm, friendly and non-judgemental therapist.
