Charlotte is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psycho-therapist and EMDR Therapist. With 13 years’ experience working in Mental Health, Charlotte has worked in a variety of different settings, including forensic, the National Health Service (NHS) and the Charity sector.


Charlotte has experience supporting people experiencing anxiety related difficulties, depression and psychological trauma. She aims to use compassion focussed approaches to develop the therapeutic relationship, building confidence and creating a safe environment.


Charlotte endeavours to work collaboratively with people at a pace that suits, enhance understanding of the problem, and provide support to consider ways to move forward. She is keen to explore complementary therapies and work in a holistic manner with clients taking into account the impact of the mind, body and soul.


Charlotte has experience working with adolescents and adults in her clinical practice and aims to be flexible within her approach. She is trained to treat a wide range of difficulties, always using the person’s values and goals as the guide in therapy. Charlotte is often described

as a therapist with a gentle, warm and uplifting personality.
