Our clinic sessions with our specialist Psychotherapists: £70 pounds per session. Our clinic sessions are available in Walsall and Birmingham.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) 

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based therapy commonly used to treat depression and anxiety, but it can be useful for treating other mental and physical health problems.


CBT emphasises the relationship between our thoughts, emotions and behaviours. CBT provides practical strategies to help you manage your difficulties.

Eye Movement Densensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy recommeded by the NHS (NICE). EMDR targets any emotional difficulties that you believe may be linked traumatic memories or life experiences.


EMDR helps you to move forward from the past, manage the present and feel better able to cope with the future.


Counselling is a talking therapy that provides a safe environment for you to discuss current emotional difficulties.


Counselling helps you to use your own strengths and abilities as part of the process of therapy. A key goal of therapy is to assist you to use your experience to become more empowered as you move forward in life.

Online & Telephone CBT Therapy

Access CBT at a reduced cost, with one of our CBT Practitioners. The programmes have a one off standard fee, which is a lower price option to our face to face therapy.


CBT programmes one off fee: £390 (the programme consists of 7 sessions) 

Improve Low Mood

The programme aims to provide you with practical techniques to target unhelpful thought patterns and behaviour that contribute to the maintenance of low mood.


Programme Objectives:

- Understand and recognise your own personal triggers for low mood

- Explore the vicious cycle of low mood, and how to exit this

- Provide practical behavioural strategies to improve your mood

- Examine and challenge negative thinking

- Maintaining your mood going forward

Manage Stress and Anxiety

The programme aims to help you feel more resilient to stress/anxiety by exploring the triggers for stress/anxiety, examining how the mind interprets stress/anxiety, and giving consideration to whether current behaviours are helping or hindering in the effective management of stress/anxiety.


Programme Objectives:

- Understand and recognise your own personal triggers for stress/anxiety

- Explore the vicious cycle of stress/anxiety, and how to exit this

- Recognise unhelpful behaviours in reponse to stress/anxiety and learn helpful behavioural strategies to better manage stress/anxiety

- Examine and challenge anxious thoughts 

- Maintaining your resilience to stress/anxiety 

Overcome Your Fear

The programme aims to help you overcome your fears by challenging the beliefs that feed your fear, and to start tackling avoidance which we know maintains fears.


Programme Objectives:

- Understand fears and phobias

- Explore the vicious cycle of avoidance

- Recognise unhelpful behaviours that maintain your fear

- Combat avoidance, using gradual steps

- Examine and challenge fearful thoughts
