Eye Movement Densensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy recommeded by the NHS (NICE). EMDR targets any emotional difficulties that you believe may be linked traumatic memories or life experiences.
